HS friends are the best! ♥

After graduating High School, my friends and I took an entrance exam in De la Salle Univ.-Dasmariñas. We all wanted to be in the same school. Unfortunately,  they ended up going to universities in Manila and I was left behind in Dasma.

Going back in the days, I have learned the difference of “best friends” to “true friends”. Having best friends can be the main reason of chaotic relationships towards each and everyone. On the other hand, true friends will always be there thru thick or thin. They know you more than anyone else of the neither class nor school.

BEST FRIEND(s) may betray you but

TRUE FRIEND(s) will always stay faithful and true.

We may not see each other as often as we want, but every time we get along, there is always an excitement we feel when catching up with each other. Celebrating a birthday is our number 1 event for our mini reunion even if it is just for a short period.

For almost 12-14 years, I did not see Papa (biological dad). At whatever time my special wedding day comes, I wish for my Papa and Otosan (step dad) to walk with me in the aisle. They are my Dads that I cannot take for granted in “our” big day.

Papa, I have not seen you for over a decade, but it does not mean that I fail to remember your birthday. Papa, happy happy birthday. Iloveyou. I hope to see you on September this year when I visit Boracay. *misty eyed*

A quick realization at whatever time I woke this midday after 3:00am little chitchat with Lex on the phone. Thank you, technology. Thank you, MJ. ❤ Whenever I get back to Nihon, I will surely find another Panda slippers for you.
